Who Lite Dialer is my best friend in the car. It is Voice Dial at its best. You simply say a contact's name and Who Lite Dialer dials it for you. It is almost always correct in finding the right contact. If not, it has a choice of a couple other names to pick from. I have set it on Auto Dial to immediately dial within designated seconds the person it has selected, but you can always turn off that feature. It can look up addresses on Google maps, and look up contacts for texting also.
