We know that fresh produce is way better for us than canned or frozen. Yet it's really hard to pick the produce at just the right time so you can eat it that day or the next. Usually, my produce is just too green, and I have to let it ripen for several days. Harvest assists me with this problem by giving several helpful tips and techniques for buying the best quality fruits and vegetables. This app also tells you how to store your produce for optimal freshness, which is another whole category of intriguing information. One feature that I really appreciate is the pesticide residue level contained in each type of produce. There is a slider bar at the bottom of the screen which tells if the pesticides range from low to high. Scroll through this clean, neat app with its alphabetical listing, or else enter an item in the intuitive Search bar on top. Harvest is a slick, organized and fast searching app. You will be pleased with all the information you gather to make your grocery store trips easier and more productive.
