Yes, to all of the questions in quotes below. I freely admit: I'm addicted to apps, and spend too much money on them. Thank goodness for App Sniper. This well organized and put-together app takes my app addiction closely in hand by letting me know which apps are on sale, and by notifying me when apps I want have met my target sale price. App Sniper gives you a description of the app, the current price, lets you select by dialing the wheel the preferred price you wish to pay and gives you history on the past prices of the app. You will see Hot Apps listed and may search for the one you want. With App Sniper, you will never have to overpay for an app again, and you will be up-to-date on the latest offerings.
