Our fascination with knowledge on outer space is never-ending. Fortunately, NASA shares information with us laypeople, and has had a hand in several iPhone apps. This time around, they wanted to make an educational yet fun app where you could absorb all types of information while playing. In NASA Lunar Electric Rover Simulator the LER Simulator gives you a taste of what it might be like to support the activities of a functioning Lunar outpost. Complete the missions at hand, which get harder and more challenging, although you have nice, fluid controls with which to work. Enjoy nebulas and sunspots with NASA's thumbnails depicting excellent Image-of-the-Day and Photo-of-the-Day pictures. Even better, you are able to e-mail them to friends or save them to your photo album. Enjoy videos of rocket launches, mission updates, etc. on NASA TV.
