Here's how this easy, educational game is played: Guess which party the displayed President is in by touching either the red or blue button. Be aware that in the earliest days of our nation, there were different names attached to the political parties. In fact, some presidents were not affiliated with any parties. Therefore, in this case you will not only notice Democrat or Republican answers on the answer buttons, but available responses such as Demo Rep Party, Whig Party, Federalist Party, or even No Party. I'm certain that this iPhone reference app should shake your brain up a bit, and teach you a lot of new, historical information.
You are able to play in two modes which are Random, and also Elected Office Play. Simply select your game choice, then the game will begin with a picture of a past President. Next to the image is the box which displays the order of his Presidency as in #1, #22, #30, etc. Underneath that is written his birth and death dates. At the bottom of the display are the red and blue buttons of which you will tap one according to your party guess. If you guess correctly, you will gain 10 points, if you are incorrect you will lost 10 points! Watch out, or you will soon be in a negative balance! This game is very simple, contains sharp, clear photos and is a snap to navigate. Brush up on your knowledge and help your kids with their homework by using Pick A Party-President Edition.
