For the next couple weeks, there will be a lot of Valentine's Day parties, gifts and cards being planned. The App Store is in on this with lots of fun apps for you to show your beloved how much you care. Valentine Photo Free is an easy and simple app to dress up your photos with Valentine's photo effects. There are no complicated instructions or obstacles to maneuver. When you first select your base image, you are given the option to resize it. Once that is done, you are given a row of ornamental Valentine's graphics on top of your display to use as you choose. Choose as many as you want. You may either rotate and scale these images by using 2 fingers or use the handy pull out tab of buttons which include "+", "-" (scale) and rotate buttons. That is the method I like best of all. Once you are satisfied with aligning all objects the way you prefer, you are finished. It's that simple. All you need to do in order to enjoy the 20 lovely Valentine's effects included is as follows:

- Take a photo with your camera or select one from your photo-album
- Drag and drop one or more Valentine's decoration items from the top display
- Rotate and scale the item, also use the transparency feature, if desired
- Save and send finished picture to your friends

Once your loving creation is complete, you may upload it to friends or family on Twitter, Facebook, or send out by e-mail. You couldn't ask for a simpler way to spread the treasure of your photographic memories dressed up in a little Valentine's love.
