Open Questionbook, and you will see that you may pose your question as a Guest or else take the small extra step and Sign Up. On this screen you will also see Category which provides several areas under which your question may fall. A few of the included Categories are Art, Business, Children, Computing, Education, Finance, Gadgets, Games, Lifestyle, Relationship, Sports, etc. In truth, I did not pay attention to the Category tab at first, and so just asked a question under the default which was iPhone. Now I know better, and can fine tune my questions next time. If you select the option, you can get an e-mail sent to you every time someone answers your question. It's very helpful so you don't need to keep checking the app in anticipation. However, be advised that some very bored people may answer your question in a nonsensical way which has no bearing on your question. The very bottom of the display has tabs for Ask, Answer, Browse, Account and Leaderboard. When you Browse, you may pick the category of questions in which you are interested to see if anyone may have have answered a similar question to yours previously.
Having browsed many items on Questionbook, I found that some were simple, others more difficult, and some just required a basic opinion. Tap Account and this will lead you to your very own question and answer area. My question was: "Is it necessary for kids to have a tutor to take SAT exams?" This is more of an opinion question, and that is why I chose to ask it here. I could ask a friend, but I always base my decisions on several answers to sort of average them out. In any event, I received a reply very shortly after. It was a decent response that made perfect sense and which I will add to my thought collections! Questionbook is an excellent way to connect to people on many levels. It is a helpful social networking app that may help relieve your mind of burdensome questions that you want to ask anonymously.
