Math lovers who are always seeking a challenging mental game a cut above the rest, you probably find many strategy/solving games a tad too easy for your high-powered brain! No worries. You can always give Numbers-Add 'em a try! You might at first think it is easy to add up to as many target numbers as possible in a certain time slot. But it's really not! It is easy though to drag your finger across the numbered cells on the game board to select your numbers. The chosen cells will start to wobble, and you simply lift your finger when done with your selection. Remember you can select in any direction as long as the numbers are touching each other (you may not randomly jump around the board).
There are 4 difficulty levels in Numbers-Add 'em. Each level has rapid fire mode which changes your target number every five seconds. (I told you this game was a challenge)! You are scored by the amount of cells used to create each target. For each cell used you will also receive an extra second on your time.
There are several bonuses available in this game:
- Time Bonus - If every cell used in creating a target number is the same color, you will receive two seconds per cell instead of one.
- Rainbow Bonus - Triggered by making the target number 5 times in a row. During this round you receive four extra points per cell.
- Rainbow Bonus x2 - Triggered by making the target number 10 times in a row. During this bonus round you will receive 9 extra points per selected cell.
- Extras - You may enter cheat codes to enable new features to the game. Win them by achieving high enough scores in a single game or to find the cheat codes somewhere. When you unlock a feature you will be given the code.
- Tweet your scores after you set up your account in the Games setting.
- Listen to your music during gameplay. To enable, simply play your music prior to opening the app.
