So there is no Flash available on the iPhone OS. That has limited us somewhat in what we can view. However, Cloud Browse offers a workaround this small problem. With it you can browse any website using Firefox, play video or games using Flash and Java plugins, and browse in complete security and privacy. So how does all this stuff work? Well, when you use Cloud Browse, a full desktop browser is running remotely and being streamed to the iPhone. This remote browser has access to higher bandwidth, more memory and a much fast processor. Some of the cool mechanisms of using Cloud Browse are as follows:

Scroll the page by flicking your finger.
Tap with one finger to navigate links and select textboxes. (A left mouse click at the finger location)
Hold down one finger on screen to bring up a magnifying glass displaying what’s under your finger.
Two finger pinch is used to zoom the view.
Two finger tap performs a right mouse click at the current mouse location.
When the magnifying glass is displayed, finger movement will move the mouse instead of scrolling the page.
Swipe three fingers right to go forward in browsing history and left to go backward.

With this latest version, a toolbar to the keyboard for inputting arrow and tab keys has been added, along with a Settings screen to maximize your browsing experience. Now you can fully enjoy desktop capabilities on your mobile phone with Cloud Browse.

I am continually asked what is my favorite Twitter app. I find that question a little hard to answer! My phone is filled with various Twitter client apps that I love individually for one unique reason or another. Yesterday, I wrote on Seesmic, my desktop and now mobile client app, and today, we'll see that Twitter now has their very own app on the App Store. Twitter is actually the new, improved and re-named old favorite, Tweetie. Some awesome features of Twitter are as follows:

- Realtime search - Top Tweets
- Trending topics and maps show whats happening now everywhere and nearby
- Tweet, send DMs, share photos, videos and links
- Search has been reorganized, now you can search all tweets and find users in the same spot, view Top Tweets and Browse Suggested users
- Search results now include Top Tweets, try it with Trends
- Use Twitter without an account! Search, Browse uses, view trends and top tweets.
- Sign-up is available within the application, complete with Suggested User list.
- More tabs have been re-organized to contain all your accounts and searches

It's a pleasure to have the real Twitter app handy at this point. If you are ready to start Social Networking with all the tools at your fingertips, try Twitter which has been tweaked to more resemble your desktop app.

What a nice surprise to finally get Seesmic on my phone. Been looking forward to this for a while. For those of you who do not use social networking, you probably will wonder what is Seesmic? Well, Seesmic allows you to manage accounts from multiple social network services, such as Twitter, Facebook, and Ping.fm (which in itself allows posting to multiple accounts). It's quite a handy tool in being able to do all your networking within one neat app. I use this client for my desktop and have been very happy with it in that respect. Some of the neat features of Seesmic are as follows:

* Seamlessly manage multiple Twitter accounts
* Explore and save Twitter Searches and Trending Topics
* Browse Twitter Lists, share your location by Geotagging your updates
* Facebook support
* Ping.fm support that lets you update dozens of social networks at the same time (including MySpace, Wordpress, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Flickr, Blogger, and many more!)
* Store updates into Evernote
* Post to multiple accounts at the same time
* Share photos to the photo sharing service of your choice

What do I love about Seesmic? Well, you can configure multiple pages and personalize the application the way you want. You can add spaces that are Accounts, Searches, Trending Topics and Lists on the handy Dashboard. Additionally, you can save important messages and updates by storing them to Evernote. Without a doubt, Seesmic is going to be ruling my networking apps on my phone in the same way it rules my desktop!
