Always on the lookout for a helpful and hopefully worthwhile diet, I found the myPlan-The Special K Challenge app. Mindful that last year was not a good year for losing weight (so what's new!), I thought perhaps others may also be interested in this simple but effective diet. The myPlan-The Special K Challenge app is well designed utilizing a variety of Special K® products. Since the products are tasty and in a varied selection of food groups, dieters may have a better chance of success with this plan. Some of the useful features of myPlan-The Special K Challenge app are as follows:

Go straight to Start Your Plan when you open the app. choose from the Classic Plan, Mix-it-up Plan, On-the-Go Plan or the Chocolate Lover's Plan. There is a brief synopsis in each plan explaining the purpose of that particular plan and whom it suits. Once you select a plan, you choose a Start Date, Save it and then move on to Set Your Preferences. You may choose to Sync with the Website or do it later on if you haven't time at the moment. After all these necessities are taken care of, you may now View & Customize your Menu, Browse Recipes and View a Shopping List. There are buttons on the bottom of the screen to see a Daily Menu, chart your progress, see the Shopping List, get Recipes and access your Profile. This diet plan app is a very simple routine to chart and follow, and ever so convenient to be able to access on your device when you need during your busy day.
