I'm never been one of those hearty, healthy diet and exercise regimen gurus. However, about 6 months ago, I embarked on a lifestyle change meaning I very much changed the foods I ate as well as increased my gym time a bit. I've actually fallen into these new habits, and it's a very good thing! It seems to me that now is as good a time as any (no need to wait for New Year's resolutions!) to really take stock of our activity and exercise regimen. After all, we are not getting any younger or fitter! There are some well executed videos that will help get your exercise routine going perfectly, as they display wonderful workouts to match your goals.

It's also really essential to track not only your exercise, but calorie intake too, so you can be proud of your progress and encouraged to continue your new lifestyle when you start dropping pounds and looking lean. The Body Tracker tool makes this task hassle-free and easily readable with graphs. Learn which calories to consume or avoid, after all if you don't take care of your health, nobody else will! Remember...although the person you really want to look like may seem far away and almost unreachable, it can be done with the help of Fitness for iPad.
