There's probably been many a time you've watched an excellent movie that gives you warm and fuzzy feelings because of the great editing, music and photographic effects (I'm thinking maybe "The Notebook" here!) Alright, teasing aside, we can't all produce such magnificent, sentimental movies, but you can put a great deal of warmth and love into your homespun videos using Flixlab. This Photo & Video app lets you create and edit unique videos using your photos and adding effects such as music, transitions and more. Here are some of the creative features of this iPhone and iPad video slideshow app:

I have to admit I impressed myself with the snappy quick videos I made using my footage and photos. They were much more attractive and meaningful with the extra effects provided by Flixlab. I made my first movie in literally 3 minutes with no guesswork or lag time involved! The basic process to produce your movie goes something like this -

• Pick a theme that fits your movie (a theme is similar to a picture frame and includes birthdays, holidays, seasons)
• Use transitions such as Cross Fade, Card Wipe or use more advanced options if you want to explore possibilities
• Pick a song- any of the provided tracks, or any song in your iPod library
• Add text to your videos to explain all the great things going on and name people and places
• Reorder your slides and clips on the Make Changes display till them you get them in the order you prefer
• Preview your unique and original video, then share with everyone
