The other day, a friend invited me to play Draw Something Free, in addition to our regular ongoing word games. Now, not being an artist at all, I was somewhat hesitant. I mean what poor soul would stand a chance of winning anything if they had to guess what I was drawing with jerky little lines that resemble nothing in particular? Since then, I have been playing under my desk, in the pool, in the park - well, you get the idea! Draw Something Free has become a bit of an addiction for me! It is entertainment in its finest, using raw talent (or lack thereof) as the basis for its humor and popularity. Some of the insanely fun features of this iPhone drawing and guessing game app are as follows:

- Play with Friends on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch:
Challenge friends on Facebook or via e-mail or be randomly partnered with gaming buddies.

- No Drawing Skills Required:
Just wiggle you finger to create a doodle masterpiece!

- Color Craze - Over 50 Vibrant Colors:
Color packs must be separately purchased. A handful of colors are included with app.

- Turn-based Gameplay:
Take turns drawing and guessing at your own pace. No rush, no timer.

- Leaderboard:
Play back and forth with friends for the most “Turns.”

- Bombs:
Get rid of letters in the grid that are not part of the word to be guessed.

- Push Notifications:
Be alerted when it’s your turn to draw or guess.

Basically, you can sign in via Facebook or email. Get to know your friends' user names and invite them to create a drawing with you. You are given 3 words from which to choose one to draw. If the words look pretty impossible to draw, you can get a fresh pick. Choose one and start your artwork! Pick from varying pen sizes and a few different colors. You may purchase more colors if you wish. Redo your drawing countless times until you get it right. Once your creation is done, it will be sent to your friend who will attempt to guess what it is.

Most likely your friend will have a good laugh at your expense, if you draw anything like me! Once your buddy guesses what your drawing represents, he or she then produces their own drawing which comes back to you to uncover its secret! There is a word grid on your display with jumbled letters, some of which spell out the word of the drawing. This, of course, is to help you guess that unfathomable bit of artwork. If you guess correctly, you get points which may be used to later purchase more color packs or word bombs to help unscramble future drawings.

One thing I'd love to see incorporated, however, is a chat function so you can tease your friend on just what you thought of his "effort" to make a "fine" drawing! It would also be great if you could include more than one person at a time in each game. Online help is available in the app, though you probably may never need to use it! Lots of fun and great bonding with friends and family is what you can expect with the uniquely creativeDraw Something Free.

The story behind this action packed game is that Katniss dares to go out of her allowed area of District 12 on a food-finding mission. There is never a dull moment, as she runs into a formidable team of Tracker Jacker wasps sent by the cunning Capitol team. Get Katniss home safely using your deadly bow and arrow to to drop the nasty wasps. Obstacles galore on your travels are an expected event, but with patience and skill, you will complete your mission! I selected the movie, "Lymelife", to watch on my iPad. There is an ad to watch before the movie begins, but that was no problem to me. (After all, I was able to choose from some awesome free movies). I used the iPad in orientation mode to enlarge the screen because the view does not completely cover the device's display, and I wanted it as large as possible. However, the quality of the movie was flawless, the sound was crystal clear and I did not come across any glitches during its play.

The movie is being streamed as you watch so you can't download it to your device, but the beauty is that you can watch both over 3G and WiFi. Use the scrubber bar at the top of your screen to move the action further along or rewind as you please. Under Genre, find movies such as Action/Thrillers, Comedy, Horror, Drama, Romance, Family/Kids, Urban, Bollywood and more. Use the Search bar to enter the name of a film you'd prefer to see. If you want to add movies to your queue, go ahead and do so then select to either Watch Now or have it stored in your queue. Movies 24/7 at your disposal? I'd say it's definitely worth having on all your devices, especially on trips where you can utilize the 3G for your kids!

I then used features such as Crop, AF (Auto Fix), Adjust (flipping/rotating) to make my scan perfect.
