If you're looking for a vibrant wallpaper to spruce up your phone with some high quality color and depth, you may want to try Animating Parallax Home Screen & Lock Screen Creator for iOS7. This iPhone moving wallpapers app for iOS 7 provides some great (yet simple to implement) choices for your device.
Your home screen consists of -Lock Screen Creator, -Home Screen Wallpapers and- Walkthrough (tutorial) buttons. If you choose to make Lock Screen design, tap the Menu (3 lines top right screen). From there select your Text which will be displayed on your screen, and give the font a color if you'd like. The screen is divided into 3, so you can tap all sections one at a time to choose varying solid colors for each. You can make a pretty, contrasting color scheme design simply by mixing your colors. Add text and you're finished creating your Lock Screen. With a palette full of colors, your choices almost limitless. That's all there is to it!
To set up a Home Screen wallpaper, tap that button to see each paper in large size, or touch the See All button on top right of the screen to view thumbnail versions. The many high-resolution papers offered provide some decent choices for your screen. This app is supposed to be about creating the new iOS 7 Parallax or moving effect on your phone. In fairness to readers, the wallpapers of this app moves very slightly, and is difficult to be noticeable. However, it is a good start for developers in opening the floodgate of creating Dynamic wallpapers.
Let me explain further. In your phone under Settings / Wallpapers, you will see the option to choose between Dynamic or Still wallpaper effects (on the iPhone 4S, 5, 5S only). The Dynamic effect (wallpaper that moves as you tilt your device) is a nice change for us Apple folk who do not have widgets like Anroid users to decorate our screens. However, the offering of native Dynamic wallpapers with iOS 7 is sparse. I look forward to when developers will take advantage of this new Dynamic wallpaper effect. It is not fully developed in this app.
