I think we've all heard friends boast about Google Play Music on the Android Store, so I don't really have to get into a long explanation of what that's all about. Still, in a nutshell, it is a music service much like Pandora or iTunes. A place where you can enjoy hearing, finding and sharing terrific music. It's of great interest to me, however, that Google now has the similar Google Play Music app for iOS!

There's a lot of flexibility to be had with this Google music subscription iPhone app. One thing that Android lovers tout the most I think is the fact that music is stored online. You don't need to devote room to your songs as many of us do with our iPhones. You can listen to your music stored online using any device. No syncing necessary either - yes and that's a big relief! Google offers a couple types of services. With both the All Access ($9.99) and Standard (Free) services, you are able to enjoy your music anywhere and anytime. Here are a few of the differences with the two services:

All Access features:
* Listen to unlimited songs
* Create custom radio stations from any song, artist or album
* Enjoy radio without skip limits
* Get smart recommendations based on your tastes
* Enjoy handcrafted playlists from our music experts

All Access and Standard features:
* Add up to 20,000 of your own songs from your personal music collection using your Mac, Windows or Linux computer
* Listen on all your devices and our web player at
* Access your music anywhere without syncing, and save your favorites for offline playback
* Experience all your music without ads

The differences may or may not matter to you. From what I can see, you can have unlimited songs, create your own radio stations and have no skip limits with All Access. Those are the major big differences (there are a few other minor ones) between that and the Standard Service. Those skips can be annoying I'll have to admit! In any event, being able to free my phone from the mega storage used in music alone will be well worth giving Google Play Music a try! I'll likely start with the Standard service, and if necessary, move it on up to All Access from there!
